Ingredients
- 100 grams Cucumber
- 1 small Tomato
- ¼ Red Onions
- 150 grams Chicken Breast
- 2 Tbsp Black Olives
- 1 Tbsp Parsley
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Slice the cucumber and add it to the lunch box.
- Do the same with the tomatoes.
- Slice the red onions.
- Meanwhile, cook the chicken breast by frying it in olive oil.
- Once cooked, slice the chicken breast and add it to the lunch box.
- Add the black olives and top it with parsley. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice upon serving.
